On this page, the Company wishes to provide some information on the processing of personal data concerning users who visit or consult our website. Origin – Navigation data

The Company informs you that the personal data you provide and enter when requesting information and/or contacting us, registering on the site and using the services via smartphone or any other means used to access the Internet, as well as the data required to provide these services, including browsing data and data used for the possible purchase of the products and services offered. Tecnoplus srl, as well as data relating solely to the „browsing“ of the site by Users, will be processed in compliance with the applicable legislation. The computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet network. This information is not collected for the purpose of being associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify browsing users. This category of data includes the „IP addresses“ or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the web server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the web server (successful, error, etc. ) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to monitor the proper operation of our website. It should be noted that the above data could be used to determine liability in the event of computer crimes against the Tecnoplus srl site.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated in the special section of the Website, as well as the compilation of questionnaires (e.g. forms), communication by chat, push notification via APP, social networks, call centres, etc., implies the subsequent acquisition of certain personal data, including those collected through the use of Apps and associated services, necessary to respond to requests. Purpose of processing and legal basis

Data is processed for the purposes

1) closely related to and necessary for registration on the www.sistemairgroup.it site, the services and/or applications that we develop or make available, the use of the relevant information services, the management of contact or information requests, to make purchases of products and services offered through the site;

2) for activities related to the management of requests from the User/Customer and the sending of feedback, which may include the transmission of promotional material; for the completion of the purchase order for the products and services offered, including aspects related to payment by credit card, the management of shipments, the possible exercise of the right of repentance provided for distance purchases, updating on the availability of products and services temporarily unavailable;

3) relating to the fulfilment of obligations under Community and national law, the protection of public order and the detection and prosecution of criminal offences;

4) direct marketing, i.e. the sending of advertising material, direct sales, market research or commercial communication of products and/or services offered by the Company; this activity may be carried out by sending advertising/information/promotional material and/or invitations to take part in initiatives, events and offers aimed at rewarding users/customers, using „traditional“ methods (e.g. paper mail and/or calls from operators), or „automated“ contact systems;

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points 1), 2) and 3), related to a pre-contractual and/or contractual phase or functional to a request from the user or provided for by a specific legal provision, is compulsory and, failing this, it will not be possible to receive the information and access the services that may be requested; with regard to point 4) of this informative note, consent to the processing of data by the user/customer is, on the other hand, free and optional and may always be revoked without any consequences for the use of products and services, with the exception of the impossibility for us to keep you informed of new initiatives or special promotions or benefits that may be available.

Methods, processing logic, retention period and security measures

The processing is also carried out using electronic or automated means and is carried out by us and/or by third parties that Tecnoplus srl may use to store, manage and transmit the data. Data processing will be carried out with a view to organising and processing your personal data, also linked to logs from access to and use of the services made available via the web, products and services used in connection with the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The personal data processed will be kept for the period provided for by the legislation in force at the time.

It is precisely with regard to the aspects of personal data protection that the user/customer is invited, in accordance with art. 33 of the RGPD to notify the Company of any circumstance or event that may give rise to a „personal data breach“ in order to allow an immediate assessment and the adoption of any measures to counter such event by sending a communication to the address indicated below. The measures taken do not exempt the Customer from paying due attention to the use, on request, of passwords/PINs of appropriate complexity, which must be periodically updated, especially in the event that the subject has been breached/known by third parties, and from carefully storing them and making them inaccessible to third parties, in order to prevent any abusive and unauthorised use.

Scope of communication and data transfer.

In order to achieve the purposes set out above, the Company may disclose and process your personal data to third parties with whom we have a relationship, where such third parties provide services at our request. We will only provide such third parties with the information they need to perform the requested services and we will take all necessary steps to protect your personal data. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area if this is necessary to manage your contractual relationship. Rights of the people concerned

You may at any time exercise the rights granted to you by law, in particular:

b) to obtain without delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her;

In addition, you may lodge a complaint with the Garante Authority for the Protection of Personal Data in accordance with art. 77 of the RGPD.

For the processing operations referred to in point 4) of the purposes, Customers may always revoke their consent and exercise their right to object to direct marketing („traditional“ and „automated“ forms).
